Nashville is growing fast — and so is the work of making sure this city stays a place where everyone can afford to call it home. That's why we're thrilled to welcome five new members to the Alliance for an Affordable Nashville (AAN) Board of Directors.

Each of these new board members brings their own expertise and belief that affordability shouldn't be a luxury — it's a necessity for a healthy, thriving Nashville. Together, they'll help guide AAN's next chapter as we continue advocating for policies and partnerships that keep housing, and life in this city, within reach for working families, longtime residents, and newcomers alike.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to:

  • Mick Nelson, Nelson Community Partners
  • Kay Bowers
  • Matt Nicholson, The Clear Blue Company
  • Bob Fisher
  • Brent Elrod, Larger Aim

We couldn't be more excited to have this group join our board. Their combined experience in housing policy, development, real estate, and local government will strengthen our ability to advocate for real, lasting solutions to Nashville's affordability challenges.
